This revival of the 1980 musical (based on the 1933 movie) features enthusiastic performers, eye-catching scenery, and glittering stage full of tap-dancing feet. The musical takes place in 1930’s Broadway. A good-hearted young understudy gets her big break, and, determined to make it without losing the common touch, teaches the kings of Broadway a lesson or two.
